I had the pleasure of having David Flota inspect my very first home purchase. The whole time I felt like I made the correct decision as he meticulously walks you around the house describing every little defect he found. Evan was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he found and was very knowledgeable. He gave suggestions on what currently wasn't an issue but should be monitored for additional wear and tear in the future. Did a home inspection thru inspect homes 4 u and all it took was a simple call and they were able to set up my inspection the next day. Lorri was very friendly, patient and explained a lot of stuff to me being a first time buyer.

The inspector was very nice and took his time to explain all his findings to us in detail. And we received the reports of the inspection very promptly.
